We sold our house 2 weeks ago and our dryer worked great at are old house. We move to this rental and dryer wasn’t drying and giving us an error code. We called Anthony next day he was here when he said he was going to be here and cleaned our vents and now our dryer is working and no more error codes. Thank you for your hard work. My dryer was taking forever to dry even regular loads, so I knew something was amiss. Before he even started, Anthony checked to make sure the problem wasn’t related to the heating element, which would have been an entirely different repair. He cleared out the vent, and discovered a mesh screen that should have been removed after installation and was collecting layers of lint for years. Anthony explained all of this to me, which was very helpful. Since his visit, I’ve been washing and drying everything, including pillows, and the dryer is taking a fraction of the time it was taking last week. We are selling our house and now I can let the buyers know that the vent has been properly cleaned and is not a fire risk – well worth the price for the peace of mind!
