Anthony returned my call within hours, gave me a full description of what the cleaning process is with cost. He showed up a few minutes early for our appointment, again described what he would do, then proceeded to do it. He presented himself very professionally, yet personable. After the cleaning he ran a video camera through the length of the vent to the roof to show the results. We’re very happy customers.
