Anthony went above and beyond to make sure the vent was cleaned! Thank God, because I had such a bad blockage it could have started a fire. Highly recommend!

Anthony is very Professional from start to finish. From the time I left a phone message with Aberdeen Dryer Vent Cleaning, Anthony was Johnny on the spot. He returned my call within 5-10 minutes once I left my message. Anthony was on time, explained thoroughly what he was going to do. Inspected my dryer, cleaned up his work space. Anthony is very friendly, makes you feel at ease with his services, took pictures while cleaning the vent with before and after the cleaning. Anthony changed out my exit vent to my dryer, the one that I had on the dryer was damaged and no good. I was extremely impressed with this young man. I highly recommend Aberdeen Dryer Vent Cleaning. Anthony came in and inspected the dryer based on what I said the issues were. Before doing any work, he explained in his professional opinion what was causing the dryer to not heat, why it is malfunctioning, and the parts to fix the issue. He also did a vent cleaning and had all the proper tools to do so effectively and mess free. He also provided evidence via video that it was cleared out. Good attitude and very friendly.
