Anthony is prompt, professional, explains the service thoroughly, and provides detailed imagery of his work and recommendations. Not only does he clean the dryer vent, he ensures that the area is cleaner than when he arrived. He inspects your dryer and double checks that it is in fact working properly. Anthony is prompt, efficient and courteous. He came in August and cleaned the vent. When we continued to get “vent clogged” error messages, he returned with a co-worker and worked for another 1-2 hours even to the point of going into our attic and tracking down a clogged supplemental vent power booster. Anthony showed up on time, asked what was going on, explained everything he was going to do very thoroughly and got to work. When he was finished he showed me all of the pictures and videos to ensure I knew the job was done well. He also sent me the pictures and videos and ran a test cycle on the dryer to make sure it was good. Very professional and friendly (even interacted with my son).

Had heard about Anthony through Facebook recommendations, and was thrilled to find a same day appointment available. He thoroughly cleaned our vent, taped up a few small holes in the vent hose, and provided recommendations for interim maintenance to prolong the life of our dryer.
