I have needed dryer vent services twice in a relatively short amount of time, once for regular cleaning and once for a problem. Both times, Anthony was easy to book, prompt, thorough, efficient, and fixed the problem. Very happy with this service!

Anthony is amazing! I called him today and he was able to fit us in, the same day! He was thorough, explained everything he was doing, and showed me pictures of our vent. He even went on the roof in over 100° weather to make sure the vent wasn’t blocked. Hands down, the best around!

So I messaged Anthony with a picture of a VERY full dryer vent screen from outside my home. My caption was “This isn’t good …HELP” and his response was “Not good at all”. Immediately said he could come the very next day at 8:30am OR I could schedule. I wasn’t taking any chance and scooped up that 830 am. As I arrived back from school drop off he was already outside and getting the grate off my vent. Did his thing and within an hour all complete. I can’t thank him enough for his very prompt and always courteous service!

The ease of online scheduling, text confirmation of appointment and arrival status, pics and videos of completed job (also texted), ease of credit card payment and a reminder to be sent in a year for the next appointment. The booking process is easy, the text reminders are so helpful, he is patient and informative when asked questions and provides thorough service at a fair price. We have used them twice now and will never work with another vendor.
